Customer wants to include the Incident/Request/Problem Properties inside a message Template, used as email notification.

Question:

How to add the Property information inside a Message Template?

Environment:
Service Desk Manager 12.9 / 14.1 / 17
Answer:

Use the following syntax inside the message body:

@{call_req_id.properties.0.label} @{call_req_id.properties.0.value}

@{call_req_id.properties.1.label} @{call_req_id.properties.1.value}

@{call_req_id.properties.2.label} @{call_req_id.properties.2.value}
