Introduction:
Customer believed that the CA SDM at mobile devices should be accessed by typing the "SDM URL" directly at the mobile browser.
Question:
We need to use the CA Service Desk Manager (CA SDM) in the mobile device. However, while accessing it by typing the URL directly into the mobile browser, we see the PDA interface as below, different from what we see when accessing on the Desktop.

Ex.
CA SDM PDA Interface in the mobile browser is seen as below:

Is there any way to see the SDM Interface in the mobile browser the same way we see when accessing it on a desktop browser?
Environment:
CA Service Desk Manager 14.1 / 17.1
Answer:
Instead of using the mobile browser to access the CA SDM, we encourage you to download the CA Service Management Mobile app from the Google Play store or the Apple App Store. This will make use of the REST protocol (port 8050) which is running on one of the SDM Tomcats in the server.

1. CA Service Management Mobile app should appear at the stores with below symbol.
