How the pdm_ldap_sync identifies which Contact needs to be synchronized if there are multiple Contacts with a same user ID?

If there are multiple inactive Contacts with a same User ID and we run pdm_ldap_sync command to activate the Contact, which Contact will be synchronized and activated?


Service Desk Manager does not determine by attributes which Contact is activated.

When the command pdm_ldap_sync is executed, all Contacts that match a SQL query sent by the command will be returned, and synchronized in order the data was returned from a database serer. If the option "force_unique_userid" is installed, only the first Contact returned from the database will be activated and the rest of them will remain inactive due to the duplicated User ID.
