How does modify Query for selecting active Configuration Item (CI)?

Every time on creating a ticket, casdgtw probe sends an query for selecting active CI to CA Service Desk Manager. The purpose of the query is making CI list, then casdgtw probe finds suitable CI and attaches it for the ticket.


Is there any option to modify the query for reducing size of the query's result?


Current casdgtw probe does not provide any function to modify the query.
