If CA Software Asset Manager is integrated with active directory/LDAP, then users do not need to manage their passwords in the application.
If CA Software Asset Manager is NOT integrated with active directory/LDAP, then user password are managed as follows:
- From the CA SAM home page, click on the My Account button in the upper right hand corner
- Under Account, click Change Password
- The change password dialog boxes will appear where the password can be changed.
