Question: I just upgraded my Spectrum from 10.0 to 10.1 this morning. I look at the new WebClient, and it give a problem about a minute later. The error is "HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error occurred, please reload Webclient". How do you reload the WebClient?
ANSWER: Click on the Reload/Refresh page icon in your browser.

This issue is resolved in Spectrum 10.2 with the following reference:
Symptom: Error when selecting Alarm Filter in Web Client, Customer seeing "HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error occurred, please reload Webclient".
Resolution: With this fix, the internal error will not be displayed as code is written to Handle both '&'and double quotes(").
