How do you download a test PTF/APAR?

Test solutions are not available to the general public from SUPPORTCONNECT.CA.COM.

An Issue must be opened and the test solution attached by a Computer Associates Technician, before it can be viewed.

Once attached, use the following procedures to view the test solution.

  1. Go to SUPPORTCONNECT.CA.COM

  2. Sign On

  3. Click on 'VIEW AN ISSUE' in the navigation panel on the left.

  4. Click on 'SEARCH BY ISSUE NUMBER' tab.

  5. Enter the issue number.

  6. Click 'GO'

  7. Click on the issue number.

  8. Click on the 'SUMMARY' tab.

  9. The test solution attached to the issue in the 'RELATED SOLUTIONS' section.

  10. Click on the solution to view it.
