Test solutions are not available to the general public from SUPPORTCONNECT.CA.COM.
An Issue must be opened and the test solution attached by a Computer Associates Technician, before it can be viewed.
Once attached, use the following procedures to view the test solution.
- Go to SUPPORTCONNECT.CA.COM
- Sign On
- Click on 'VIEW AN ISSUE' in the navigation panel on the left.
- Click on 'SEARCH BY ISSUE NUMBER' tab.
- Enter the issue number.
- Click 'GO'
- Click on the issue number.
- Click on the 'SUMMARY' tab.
- The test solution attached to the issue in the 'RELATED SOLUTIONS' section.
- Click on the solution to view it.
