Question:

 When trying to login to DXI, I get the error "Password Locked. Please, contact the Administrator". How do I unlock the account?

Answer:

  To unlock the account, click the "Forgot Password" link to reset/unlock it. If it still fails, contact CA Support with your user information, and they will engage the DXI administration team to unlock the account.
