Description:

Java jdk-7u51 causes a change to the default security behavior for products that use: Rich Internet Applications (RIA) - Webstart/Applets.
WebCenter runs Applets.
You will need to ADD WebCenter URL to the Java Exception Site list.

Solution:

You will need to ADD the WebCenter URL to the Java Exception Site List.

Once you have added the URL to the Java Exception Site list, you will be prompted
to 'Cancel to stop this app or Run the application' each time you enter WebCenter.

The following are step by step procedures to add a URL to the Java Exception Site list.

You will need to copy the 'Location' address from the 'Application Blocked' window.

Open the Java control panel.
Choose the Security tab.
Click the "Edit Site List" button near the bottom.

Add the 'Location' (from the Application Blocked window).
Then click 'OK'

Once you click OK, you will be prompted for the following screen.
Click on 'Continue'.

Your Security screen will now include the 'Location' URL.

Restart your browser.
This time you will be prompted to 'Cancel to stop this app or Run the application'.
Select 'Run'.
