Question:

How do I Inactivate or Modify: Incident, Problem, Request, Change Order, or Issue templates?

Answer:

In order to Modify or inactivate templates you must first right click on the template and select View.

You should now see an option to Edit in the top right hand corner.

Select Edit, make any necessary changes and then click Save.

If you would like to Inactivate this template so it is not visible to others, while in Edit mode:

  • Select the Additional Information tab at the bottom of this window
  • Then the Template tab under that
  • You should see an option for Template Active, click the drop down menu and select Inactive.
