How do I get a report of all Agents and what version of CA Client Automation they are using ?

 

Environment:                                          

CA Client Automation - All Versions

 

Answer:

   In the DSM Reporter, create a new report for all the computers with no restriction using the following properties:

Description

   This report will show the versions of all the CA Client Automation plugins installed on an agent.

Query

   The Report will contain: All Assets

Fields

   The report will list the following properties for the objects found:

* Name
* Signature Scan [Category 'CA Unicenter Desktop and Server Management'] >Releases>  Title
* Signature Scan [Category 'CA Unicenter Desktop and Server Management'] >Releases>  Detected version
* Signature Scan [Category 'CA Unicenter Desktop and Server Management'] >Releases>  Version Label

Additional Information:                          

The resulting output listing can be exported to a CSV file and the data can be managed thru Excel.
