How do I determine if a product should be available to me in CA CSM?

Answer: 

If CA Support Online allows you access to the desired product then you will be able to acquire maintenance and packages for that product with CA CSM.

To verify access to the product in CA Support Online, follow these steps: 

- Log in to http://support.ca.com 
- Go to the Download Center 
- Choose Download Type: PRODUCTS 
- Select 'ALL PRODUCTS' and click arrow to the right to open the PRODUCT LIST box. 

For example:

If you see the desired product is available to you in CA Support Online, then you will be able to acquire maintenance and packages for this product with CA CSM.
