Symptoms:
This document explains how to clear the IM (Installation Manager/sdmgr_im) queue for Client Automation.
This would be done if you see the process sdmgr_im using a large amount of memory and or fails right after jobs are submitted continuously .
Environment:
CA Client Automation - All Versions
Resolution:
Use the following procedure to clear the IM queue:
- caf stop sdmgr_im
- camq -d -c SD_IM
- camq -d -c SD_IM_2
- Clear out the contents of DSM\Agent\CCNF\smstore\ folder.
- caf start sdmgr_im
