How do I acquire maintenance for the CA LDAP component when it is not a licensed product, and does not show up under CA Chorus Software

Answer:

To ensure CA Chorus Software Manager (CSM) has downloaded all of the components comprising a licensed CA Security product, you will need to perform

'Update Product release' by right clicking on the product version of the CA Security product being referenced.  This will download all of the components for

the security product which includes CA LDAP.  Once this process has completed, you then can right click again on the product version to invoke 'Get Latest

Maintenance'.  This action will download all available maintenance for all of the components comprising the security product being used.
