How can we view or search for retired Knowledge Documents in SDM web interface?
The only way you can find the knowledge documents based on the status is as follows:
- Login to Service Desk and go to Administration tab -> Knowledge -> Knowledge Categories.
- This will bring up a new window for Knowledge Categories.
- On the Right side you will be seeing the search options.
- Please click on Advance Search options.
- In the third line you see a drop down for Status.
- Select “Retired” status and search for the knowledge documents
