Introduction:
Create tenant script has the option to specify Portal Name which is displayed in home page of tenant. More information on create tenant script can be found here:

How can the email id and portal name associated with Tenant Portal be changed?
 
Environment:
CA API Developer Portal Enhanced Experience 4.2.x
Answer:
To change email id in Tenant Portal
============================
Run the following to quickly identify the Database container: docker ps | grep portal_portaldb.1 ​ 

From the output, retrieve the container ID and use it to gain access to its shell prompt: docker exec -it <CONTANEIR_ID> /bin/sh 

Once at the prompt, run the following to access postgres console: psql portal admin

Enable the postgres expanded output format by running: # \x 

update user_info set email='newemail@domain.com' where username='admin' and tenant_id='apim'; 

you can change the tenant_id to what you have.
