Customers have the ability to manage what kind of updates/news they receive and for which of their licensed products. Here are recommendations on how to take advantage of this.
How can I sign up to receive news and updates on CA Products?
There are several options to keep informed about the CA Products of your interest.

1. You can update in your CA Support Profile for each of your licensed product what type of product altering and information you receive. To do so please follow these steps:
a) log on to with your CA Support user credentials.

b) Access your Profile by either clicking on your name next to "Welcome back <your name>" or by clicking on "MY ACCOUNT" --> "Profile"

c) in "My Profile" in the tab "CA Support" click on "Show My Notifications>"

d) On the subsequent screen you can select for each of your products whether to receive "Critical Alerts", "Advisory" and/or "Product Update".
