How can I set the default ticket type in the CA Service Management Mobile App?

Environment:
CA Service Desk Manger - ALL VERSIONS
Answer:

In the CA Service Management Mobile App, a user can go to Settings > Preferences, and there they can set the default ticket type that they want to use when creating tickets from the mobile app.  Note that you can only set it to either Request or Incident at any given time, thus if its set to Request, and you want to create an Incident, you would need to switch it first, then create the incident.
