Auditing or Disabling the Bypass Lists for a CICS Facility 

Under the FACILITY control option, the BYPLIST suboption now includes YES|NO|AUDIT operands. YES (the default) enables Bypass list and Protect list processing. NO disables the Bypass list and Protect list for a CICS facility. AUDIT enables auditing where you can run reports to identify users that have executed transactions in the list without the necessary resource authorization.
