Description:

The CCILGR STC has failed and ENF did not restart it. You don't want to recycle ENF to restart CCILGR because it is a production environment.

How should the CCILGR task be restarted?

Solution:

Issue one of the following console commands to restart the task.

F ENF,LOGGER

ENF LOGGER

The above commands will direct ENF to start the CCILGR task. The original values specified on the LOGGER control option in your ENF/CCI parameter file will be used. If you need to change any of the values on this new startup you can pass them as follows:

F ENF,LOGGER(strings,buffer1,buffer2,reorg)

ENF LOGGER(strings,buffer1,buffer2,reorg)

Refer to the CA Common Services Reference Guide for details on the LOGGER control option.

*Note: You do not want to issue 'S CCILGR' as this will not allow ENF to control the task and pass along the related spawn parms.
