 Question:

The console is showing these messages:
PT370W: At least one CA-DB2 Product Key expires in the next 30 days.

Is there a command to see which product is set to expire when the PT370W message is shown on the console?

Answer:

There is no command that will tell you which product is due to expire, but there is a simple process.

To check the product keys you are licensed for:

1) Find the CAS9 proc. This executes module CAIRIM and will contain DD statements for KEYS, PARMLIB, and AUTOCMDS. The CAS9 proc is ordinarily executed as part of your IPL procedures.

2) Find the PDS member pointed to by the KEYS DD. In that member you will find entries like this:
Prod(RB) Date(31OCT15) CPU(SITE-****/12345) LMPCODE(39XCBWZBI07XYZXXXZ)

The expiration date is shown as Date(xxxxxxx).
The product is shown as Prod(xx)

You can find a complete list of products in the Licensing area of Support Online at
https://support.ca.com/irj/portal/anonymous/phpdocs?filePath=0/common/reglic/tlc-topscodes.html

In the above example Prod(RB) is for product  CA RC/QUERY

Additional Information:

CA Technical Support cannot issue keys. That function is handled by the Total License Care team and you can open a case with them via https://support.ca.com.
