How can I download a test solution from CA Support portal?

I opened a case (01234567) for a problem I experienced and CA Support asked to apply a test solution (++APAR (STnnnnn)).

However a search for that solution on CA Support portal doesn’t return any result.

How can I download a test solution from CA Support Portal?
Test solutions are not publicly available and so a CA Support search cannot find them.
When a CA Support engineer asks you to apply a test APAR, she/he attaches the solution to your case and then the APAR is available for downloading to everyone that can access the case itself.
Additional Information:
In order to download the solution, after having successfully logged on to the CA Support portal, open the case page, clicking on the case link from the list of your cases (My Cases tab):

or from the “Search Cases” tab of the “Case Management” section of the portal:

When the case page opens, scroll down to the “Solutions” section:

And click on the blue link with the solution ID.
On the solution page, you have different ways to download it.
You can add it to your solution cart using this link:

or the following one:

You can also download it directly, choosing from four different download methods clicking on the “Download Solution” blue button:
