This document explains how to customize the Service Desk Manager (SDM) Mobile App.
How can I customize the Service Desk Manager Mobile App?
CA Service Desk Manager R12.x, R14.1
The Mobile App can only be modified through the Settings option in the App, Home/Setup/Settings.
The following options are available;
Add/remove capabilities; Choose to show Open Space, Analyst Queue, Approvals
Add/remove Features; Choose to show Incidents, Requests, Problems, Issues and Change Orders.
Capability Specific Settings; Set the Polling Interval (Minutes)
