My SaaS PPM environment is slow and unstable; there is a place where I could check the current available status?
Please check the following:
- Access the web address;
- Click on SaaS Live Performance from 'Menu' options;
- Select the SaaS center from the global map;
- You will see three sites (little balls in the global map)
- Find your environment from 'Service / Website' column to check the current status;
- If you want further details on the current status, please open a CA Support case so we can address it to Operations team.
