My SaaS PPM environment is slow and unstable; there is a place where I could check the current available status?
 
Answer:
Please check the following:
  1. Access the web address; 
    • https://support.ca.com/us.html
  2. Click on SaaS Live Performance from 'Menu' options;
  3. Select the SaaS center from the global map;
    • You will see three sites (little balls in the global map)
  4. Find your environment from 'Service / Website' column to check the current status;
  5. If you want further details on the current status, please open a CA Support case so we can address it to Operations team.
