How to check any CA product's new information, published solution and opened/closed Cases in the past ?


Background: 
We need the following information for the monthly internal meeting of CA products.

* CA product new information
* Published solution
* Opened/closed Cases
* CA product compatibility information
* CA product Release and Support Lifecycle Dates


Environment: 
All OS and all CA products.


Instructions: 
You can check each status from the following links.
First, please login the CA Support Online.

* CA products new information
Please select the Product Name from the pulldown. You can check the product new information.

* Published solution
Please select the Product Name, Release, Components, Gen level and click the "Go" button. You can check all published solutions.

* Opened/closed Cases
Please input the Site ID and select the Status, Opened By, Date range Product then click the "Go" button. You can check Opened/closed Cases.

* CA product compatibility information
Please check each Compatibility information from the following links.

   z/VSE Compatibility

* CA product Release and Support Lifecycle Dates
Please select the product name in the list.
