How can I change the contents of the email notifications sent from Service Catalog?

Service Catalog send out email notifications, but the content of these notifications does not meet our requirements. We need to change the content of these e-mails.



There are two files which need to be modified to change the content of the notification emails:





These files should be copied to the appropriate folder under the %USM_HOME%\filestore\custom folder, i.e.





(If folders are not present, they can safely be created.)


Modification of these files is not a trivial task and not something which CA Support can assist with, this is something which should be done with the help of CA Services, if required.
