Question:
How can changes to ACF2 CPF GSO OPTIONS and NODEDEF records be made effective?
Answer:
The following commands can be used to REFRESH the CPF OPTIONS and NODEDEF records as follows:

F ACF2,REFRESH(OPTIONS),TYPE(CPF)
F ACF2,REFRESH(NODEDEF),TYPE(CPF).

Note the REFRESH of the CPF OPTIONS record activates options on the currently running system, it does not automatically start or stop the command propagation task (COMMAND field) or the password synchronization task (PSWDSYNC field). The task status can be changed by stopping and restarting CPF using the F ACF2,CPF(STOP) and F ACF2,CPF(START) commands. NODEDEF changes or additions do not require CPF stop/start.
