Historical metrics not available after changing the domain name.

Issue:

 After modifying an APM domain name in domains.xml, all historical metrics for the agents assigned to that domain are no longer available.   New Agent metrics are displaying correctly under new domain name.

Environment:
Applies to all APM versions
Resolution:

 Users need to:

 1) Add back the modified/old domain name to domains.xml

 2 Go to -> Investigator -> 'Mount Agent' and mount back all of the modified domain/agents
