Some of the RA Agents require a higher number for setting trace.

For example RA = 99 instead of RA =9 which is the normal trace value.

Below is the lists of the RA Agents that require the trace setting to be set to RA = 99:
RA Business Objects
RA Informatica
RA.Oracle.EBS 3.1
RA Oracle Hyperion FM
RA.Oracle.Retail 1.1
RA.BMC.Remedy 1.0
RA.FTP 3.1
RA.Hadoop 1.0
RA.Web.Service 3.2
Environment:
OS Version: N/A
Cause:
Cause type:
Other
Root Cause: Trace should be set to ra=99 for many of the RA Agents in order to ensure you gather all tracing available.
Resolution:
Set ra=99 to adequately enable trace mode.

An example for setting in INI file:

Before installing or upgrading the agent, it is a good idea to turn Rapid Automation trace on by adding ra=99 to the ucxjcitx.ini file as shown below.
[TRACE]file=..\temp\RA_TRACE_##.TXTmax_trace_kb=8000tcp/ip=0ra=99trccount=10
The reason why we set ra = 99 is to ensure that trace will always be on.
