The handle count for cahaosvc.exe keeps growing in the Task Manager after running the "camping" command. At some point the cluster fails over.

HAS (High Availability) depends on CAM, but running the "camping" command shouldn't cause the handle count for cahaosvc.exe (HAS process) to grow unless CAM itself is stopped. Stopping CAM would cause CAM to disconnect the HAS subscription, and once CAM is restarted the HAS component won't reconnect with CAM unless the HAS service itself is recycled. Please make sure whenever CAM is recycled on the cluster server that the HAS service is recycled also.
