Issue:
We are running into an issue while testing Harvest V13 and the utility: hformsync

The command we are running is:
hformsync -b <broker name> -f -oa <log file name> -wts -d <folder name> <form's xml file name> -usr <userid> -pw <password>

The utility is hanging on the command prompt on the server with no additional error message

Output log:
I00060040: New connection with Broker <broker name> established.
forms APATH:C:\ProgramData\CA\SCM\Forms
Client APATH:C:\ProgramData\CA\SCM\Forms
Client APATH:<folder name>

Please advise.
Environment:
CA Harvest SCM v 13 Incr 2
Windows platform
Cause:
The problem turned out to be the java script program that had been added to the <events> section of the xml.  It was very long.  We found that deleting any portion of the script to reduce the size would cause hformsync to work correctly.
Resolution:
A quick workaround is to evaluate the size of the javascript programs in your <initialization>, <validationL, and <events> sections of the xml.  If the size of these scripts can be reduced it will help hformsync to work correctly.

The resolution in this case was an efix.  If you require this efix, please contact support.
