The Cost Centers were changed for Users. They are no longer accurate. How can I update the existing users with the correct Cost Center from another environment?
You can import Cost Centers to a user through the import option. Create a data file that has the correct Cost Centers, with the required template referenced below.
Go to Exchange - Data Exchange - Import.
Choose table Users (users)
You can then download the csv template and fill in the required data. The Cost Centers are populated by the import_level_2 field. The specification link will provide details on what is getting imported.
You may want to check the history of a user to determine when the field was changed.
If the Cost Centers were overwritten by other imports, you may want to check that data. This will overwrite the existing fields.
