hdbsetup fails with Memory fault

Introduction:
CA Harvest Upgrade installation from R12.6 to V13.0.3
Running hdbsetup and trying to configure ODBC DSN leads to "Memory fault" and hdbsetup crashes.
In the system log files we only find the message "hdbsetup: segfault at 0 ip 00007f6b183ce720 sp 00007ffc820dd510 error 4 in libodbc.so" .
Data source name not found and no default driver specified.
Background:
CA Harvest Upgrade installation from R12.6 to V13.0.3
Hdbsetup was used for this installation
Environment:
CA Harvest Software Change Manager (CA SCM) Upgrade installation from R12.6 to V13.0.3
Operating System SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP4
Database Oracle cluster v11.2.0.3.0
Instructions:
Solution was:
DataDirect][ODBC lib] Data source name not found and no default driver specified
There was only one Data source name specified in odbc.ini.
When another Data source name was added in the odbc.ini everything worked fine.
