Group Membership Requests not visible in IP after applying IM 14.1 CP5

We are not able to see group membership requests appearing in the Identity Portal after applying Identity Manager cumulative patch 5.  This was not an issue in IM 14.1 GA.
Need to also apply Identity Portal CP3 to resolve the issue.
