ERROR MESSAGES: GNL1394 : Could not open file '... \ xxx.rlk'. GRP1627 : The lock request for the group model '... \ xxx' failed.
Answer:
Review the permissions of the folder where the group model is located solved this problem.

Group model DRJINJI Following deleting the locks folder under the folder, can log in to the group model and check whether the problem is resolved?
* The locks folder will be created at next login even if you delete it.
Also, please confirm that the Windows user currently working is authorized to the folder where the group model is placed.
