I added a field to a search in IT Asset Manager 17.1. I exported the search.
The e-mail received had a status of Failed.
The error in the e-mail said: You are not authorized to access this search.
There may be cache that does not recognize the new field.
Restart IIS. Also, restart the CA Asset Portfolio Management - Export Service.
Close and reopen the browser, re-export the search and test the e-mail.
