Introduction:

Problem:

I am trying to apply maintenance to ACF2 DB2. Getting following smp/e errors:

GIM38201E ** THERE IS A MODID ERROR FOR DATA ENTRY CADB2C10 IN SYSMOD RO25436.
GIM31901I SYSMOD RO25436 DOES NOT SPECIFY RO25433 ON THE PRE OR SUP OPERAND.
THAT IS CURRENTLY INSTALLED.
GIM38201E ** THERE IS A MODID ERROR FOR MOD ENTRY CADB2C10 IN SYSMOD RO25436.
GIM31901I SYSMOD RO25436 DOES NOT SPECIFY RO25433 ON THE PRE OR SUP OPERAND.
THAT IS CURRENTLY INSTALLED.
GIM22601I APPLY PROCESSING FAILED FOR SYSMOD RO25436.

GIM38201E ** THERE IS A MODID ERROR FOR DATA ENTRY CADB2C11 IN SYSMOD RO65361.
GIM31903I SYSMOD RO65361 DOES NOT SPECIFY RO65360 ON THE PRE OR SUP OPERAND.
THAT IS BEING INSTALLED.
GIM22601I APPLY PROCESSING FAILED FOR SYSMOD RO65361.

Cause:

The problem is that the 2 fixes are for the same FMID CBAV130, but only one
should be applied.

RO25433 is for ACF2/DB2
RO25436 is for TopSecret/DB2 (TSS/DB2)

RO65360 is for ACF2/DB2

RO653601 is for TopSecret/DB2 (TSS/DB2)

FMID CBAV130 is common code shared by ACF2/DB2 and TSS/DB2, but is actually the same code.

The only difference is the dataset, CACPLINK is used by ACF2/DB2,while CADBLINK is used by TopSecret/DB2.

Resolution:

The ptfs applied need to be removed (REJECT).  Then apply the one needed for your security product.
