When starting the SpectroSERVER in 9.2.1 and above, the following errors are generated in the VNM.OUT and the Spectrum Control Panel if it is open:

Oct 18 16:05:48 ERROR at socket() FAILURE,
Cs_sock_get_last_error() = 97
Oct 18 16:05:48 ERROR at Error setting SO_SNDBUF=262144
Oct 18 16:05:48 ERROR at Error setting SO_RCVBUF=262144

The problem is due to disabling IPv6 on the SpectroSERVER. When the SpectroSERVER starts up, it opens a socket for IPv4 and IPv6 communication. If IPv6 is disabled on the server that Spectrum is installed on, the IcmpServer socket error will show. Re-enable IPv6 to solve the error messages.
