CA PPM: Errors when navigating to the modern timesheets

Issue:

Upon accessing the modern interface, the following messages can appear:

"Unable to obtain the lock to create the timesheet"

"Unable to load timesheet data"

"The selected resource's time tracking settings are not correct. Check that the resource's settings have Open for Time Entry turned on and the Track Mode is set."



 

Environment:

 

 

Cause:

This is due to a defect (DE35165) that is resolved in CA PPM 15.3+

Resolution:

This is resolved in 15.3.
