Getting errors when navigating to the New UX and the New Timesheets

Issue:

Upon accessing the New UX, and the New UX Timesheets, our users are seeing error messages displayed. The New UX was working fine previously and we hadn't made any changes to it ourselves, but now when they access it, they see error messages like the following

"Unable to load timesheet data - The selected resource's time tracking settings are not correct. Check that the resource's settings have Open for Time Entry turned on and the Track Mode is set."

Error message displaying "Unable to load timesheet data"

"UI Application has not been activated. Redirecting to Classic PPM in a few seconds".

Environment:
CA PPM 15.x with the New UX and Timesheets
Resolution:
To resolve the above errors seen within the New UX, take these steps

1) Clear the browser cookies and cache. See here for Google Chrome Clear cache & cookies - Google Chrome
2) Clear the PPM cache by using 'Flush all'


If the above doesn't help resolve the problem, follow up by taking these steps

1) Go to Administration > System Options, and disable the New UX and the New UX Timesheets by unchecking the options.
2) Following that, use the 'Save and Return' button.
3) Re-enable the New UX and Timesheets and complete it using the 'Save and Return' button..
