We are getting these error messages:

What can cause this error?
The error indicates the IDMS Server task received a packet with a bad packet id. The id in the first 4 characters should be X'CACACACA'. The text that follows the error message will dump the packet data, in the above example the packet id has X'0D0A0D0A'.
This error is usually caused by running an old version of the IDMS Server client software, from prior to release 17.0.
