Attempts to ftp a file via a proxy fail with connection refused message.
The login is actually TDTEMP@220.127.116.11, and what is happening is everything is stripped after the @ sign leaving it as TDTEMP
If you are using the Applications Manager (AM) FTP_JAVA job you can create a new TDTEMP@18.104.22.168 login with an @ sign at the end.
Adding the second @ sign will leave everything in place, and strip off the last @ sign. This workaround is only valid for the FTP_JAVA job not the standard AM FTP job.
