Fresh 10.2 install, can't access OneClick

Issue:

After a fresh install of Spectrum in test environment, a firewall is preventing remote access to OneClick Administration web page. 

Environment:
Spectrum 10.2Linux RHEL 7
Cause:

A firewall setting prevents access to OneClick Administration page from a remote location. Access to OneClick works on the local server. Normal installation parameters have been checked and verified. 

Resolution:

To temporarily disable firewall and test the connection, perform the following commands logged in as root:

RHEL7:

>systemctl stop firewalld

RHEL6 & RHEL5:

 

>service iptables stop

Additional Information:

"service iptables stop" is a legacy command and does not run on RHEL7. It has been replaced with "systemctl stop firewalld".

Check with your system admin on firewall rules if you are having an issue connecting to OneClick in your production environment.
