Issue:
I implemented some date fields into our forms. When you select a date by using the calendar popup and then change the year for example, this change isn't saved correctly when you directly submit the request to the cart.

Steps for reproducing:
1) include a form with a date field into your service
2) select a date via the calendar popup (f.e. 01.04.2018)
3) change the date (f.e. 01.04.2022)
4) submit the request to the cart (without changing the focus from the date field before)

I made some further tests and found out that this behavior only occurs when you have still the focus on the date field when you check out request. When you change the focus (by clicking anywhere else on the page) then the date is correct.
Resolution:
This has been fixed in the new 14.1.05 patch:

DE38765 

Selecting a date through date picker and then, modifying the date in the field does not save the date. The date reverts back to the date picker date after checking out or submitting a request.

9 Check your email and open the 'ftp' from within that email message 
10 Click 'Prefered FTP' > 'FTP Via browser' > SO01140.caz 
11 Save into a folder of your choice
