Form Labels Are Not Populated In CA Service Management Mobile Application

Issue:

Form Labels are empty in CA Service Management Mobile Application. Form Labels are shown in Service Catalog and Unified Self-Service (USS)

Environment:
Service Catalog 14.1Unified Self-Service 14.1CA Service Management Mobile Application 3.1.10
Cause:

In the CA Service Management Mobile Application, the localized labels will be used. If there is not localized label set, then no label will be shown in the mobile application.

Resolution:

1. Log into Service Catalog > Catalog tab > Forms > Forms > Locate and Select the form

2. Click on Localize

3. Select Language

4. Type the Local value for each label > Save

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each Language you need to use

6. Open the CA Service Management Mobile application > Request the Service > See the form with label based on the language being used.
