Issue:
The forecast's logical start date and time show differently in AWI vs. the JavaUI when the option, "Earliest Start Time", is set in the properties of a task in a Workflow.

Investigation
A. Using the AWI, create a script
B. Create a Windows job
C. Add the script and Windows job inside a standard workflow
D. Click on the script task and view its Properties:
i. Go to the Time & Dependencies tab > set Earliest Start Time = 1:30AM
E. Click on the Windows job task and view its Properties:
i. Go to the Time & Dependencies tab > set Earliest Start Time = 10:15PM
F. Save.
G. Right-click on the Workflow > Create Forecast > set Logical Start = 4/24/2018 7:15AM > Create

Expected: The Forecast will show consider the earliest start time set in the task properties and show that in the Forecast.

Expected JavaUI results

Actual: The Forecast ignores both the earliest start time set in the task properties of both tasks in the AWI.
The Forecast ignores the earliest start time set in the task properties of the 1st task, but considers it in the 2nd task in the Java UI.

Actual AWI results
Resolution:
Upgrade the AWI to one of the fixed versions:
