How do I update the email address for my flow's Email Inbox? For example, if you rename a flow or would like to have a more user friendly email address.
A Flowdock Admin can open a Support Case and request that the "Parameterized Name" be changed for the flow. This will replace the left side of the email address for the flow.
For example, if your flow's email address is currently "firstname.lastname@example.org" and you want to change it to "email@example.com". An admin opens a support case requesting that the "Parameterized Name" change for flow "Mountain States Deskside Support Service" to "GIS". The names must be unique across all customers, so some names may have already been taken by other customers. The Support Engineer can validate that it is unique.
Please note that changing the email address can affect other integrations for that flow. Please validate that they are working as expected after the change. A good practice may be to create a test flow, add the same integrations to it and make the email change there first. This will inform you on which integrations may have to be altered in the live flow as a result of an email change.
