Issue:
Some users have seen the following message when logging into Flowdock, saying: "Something went wrong". Read this article to learn what are possible causes:

Cause:
The root cause of this issue has not been entirely determined.

However, the problem is usually seen after users were able to login previously. Normally the causes are:
- A problem in the browser's cache.
- Changes to the Organizations authentication method.
- Changes to the User object.

Specifically:
- Users at times create trial accounts, then may face this issue upon being invited to a corporate organization.
- Users are created in Flowdock, but not in Agile Central, then they are added to Agile Central yet the Flowdock's Organization's authentication requires authenticating via Agile Central.
- For Organizations that require authentication using Agile Central, this will happen if the username is disabled in Agile Central.
- Flowdock usernames are case-sensitive while Agile Central usernames are not.
Resolution:
1. Clear your browser's cache. Note, Flowdock's desktop app is using Safari's cache. Follow these instructions for your browser:

For Chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95589?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop
For FireFox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/delete-browsing-search-download-history-firefox
For Internet Explorer: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17438/windows-internet-explorer-view-delete-browsing-history
For Safari: https://support.apple.com/guide/safari/clear-your-browsing-history-sfri47acf5d6/mac

2. In case your Flowdock authentication requires Agile Central credentials then:
Work with your Agile Central sub-admins to find out if your Agile Central username is disabled. If so, that must be fixed first.
If your username was created in Agile Central after it was already created in Flowdock then you will need to ask your Flowdock admin to remove your username from Flowdock and invite you again. This will keep your flows and 1-1 conversations intact, they will not be deleted.

3. If none of the above helped, please open a support case with CA Technologies Agile Flowdock Support or post to our community page.
