Summary Allowing guest users to access Flows without an invitation.
I would like to add a ?guest? to a certain flow without them being added to the organization as a whole. The reason for this is that I wouldn?t want them to join flows that are under an organization, which they aren?t part of, and I don?t want to make every flow private or invite-only in an organization since I want new people who?ve joined the organization (new employees) to join flows without getting an invite first.
This type of guest access is not currently supported. ?However, we solve this scenario in a different way: with multiple organizations. The best way to achieve this is to a create a new organization, and have the desired flow in that organization. That way you can keep your existing flows open to everyone in your company, and invite guests/external people to this new "external" organization.
You can make this new organization a child organization of your existing, parent organization. This will make it so that users who are in both organizations are not billed for multiple times. In order to link these organizations, they need to have the same owner. If you create the new organization, you can transfer ownership to the owner of the original Flowdock?organization?and the owner can link them.
