File Transfer fails in AE V12.1.0 when source is lower version (12.0.0 version) Unix agent and destination is higher version (12.1.0) Windows agent

U02000143 General GSS error: 'General failure, unspecified at GSS-API level (851968), reason: 'Global UC4 error' (1004)'.
U00063048 Protocol error: FileTransfer session with ID '1018220' is already active.

File Transfer job fails if the source agent (sender) is a lower version and the destination agent (receiver) is a higher version. The case is applicable for newest release of Automation Engine, V12.1.0.

For example, if the file transfer is going from Unix agent (12.0.0 version) to Windows agent (12.1.0), the above error is written to the log. 

In some of the cases, File Transfer job fails after a user upgrades one of the agents and attempts to do a File Transfer.

Workaround :
Roll back the Agent that is on a hight version.

For example, if the Windows agent was previous upgraded to V12.1.0, it needs to be rolled back to V12.0.

After the agent is rolled back, the File Transfer completes successfully.
