We are in the process of tech refresh and we have upgraded our SMPS infra to 12.7. We have already moved all our SSO solutions to the new platform and are working on moving the federation solution. However after registering the affweb app and web instances to the new tech refresh servers, the federation requests are failing and the SMPS to which the request lands on become unresponsive. The federation request is ending with a 403 and the SMPS is generating a crash report.
Customer customizes files such as JVMOptions.txt on Windows, then runs dos2unix before moving them to the Red Hat hosts. That step was either skipped or somehow performed incorrectly on the JVMOptions.txt file in the non-working environment.
Copy JVMOptions.txt from working environment to non-working. Restart the policy server to make the change take effect.
